Early access

Create is in early access. Features change, and some parts are marked Pending until they are ready. We tell you before we remove something you rely on.

Your account

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and give us true details. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account. If you use it for a company, you confirm you may bind that company to these terms.

Making videos

A reference video guides the structure and timing of yours; the result must be your own work. Only use media you have rights to. You are responsible for what you post, including that paid promotion is labelled as such.

Accounts and the phone farm

Accounts you connect or keep on a phone farm must be yours or your company’s, and used within each platform’s rules. Platforms can limit or remove accounts at any time; we cannot guarantee reach, views or that an account stays active. Phones you connect to the farm stay your property and your responsibility.

AI

Create uses AI to make videos. Results can be wrong or unexpected: check every video before it posts.

What you may not do

• Break the law, or the rules of the App Store, Google Play, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or any other service you use with us.
• Mislead people: fake reviews, hidden ads, false claims about an app, or posts that hide that they are paid.
• Upload content you have no rights to, or images of children.
• Attack, overload or reverse engineer the service, or get around its limits.

Your content

What you put in stays yours. You give us the rights we need to host, process and show it to provide the service, and nothing more. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

Our service

Create, its software and its look belong to Kramer Ventures. You may use them while your account is open, under these terms.

Ending

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after a warning when we reasonably can. Sections that by their nature should last (payments owed, liability, law) survive.

Warranty and liability

We work hard to keep the service running and correct, but we provide it as it is, without promises of fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damage. Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we tell you at least 30 days before it applies; using the service after that means you accept it.

Law

Swiss law applies, excluding its conflict rules. Courts in Zürich decide disputes, unless the law where you live as a consumer says otherwise.
