Create Privacy Policy
Create makes short videos for apps, posts them to social accounts and reports how they do: create.kramer.llc and the Create app for iPhone. Kramer Ventures, Zürich, Switzerland runs Create.

What we collect
- Your account (through Studio): name, email and your team.
- What you make: reference links, uploaded media, the videos Create makes, captions and schedules.
- Social accounts you connect: the account name and an access token, stored encrypted, used only to post what you schedule and read its results.
- Results of your posts: views, likes and similar public numbers.
- If your team runs a phone farm: which phone holds which account, posting jobs and their status.
How we use it
We do not sell your data or show ads.
- To make your videos, post them when you ask, and show results.
- To process media with AI services that turn a reference into your own version. They receive only the media needed for that job and may not use it to train their models.
- To keep Create secure and fix problems.
People in videos
Only upload media you have the right to use. Do not upload images of children. Ask us at any time to delete a video or a source file and we remove it from our servers.
Who else handles it
Cloudflare and Railway run our servers, AI providers process media for the videos you make, and TikTok, Instagram and YouTube receive what you post. Data may be processed outside Switzerland under contracts with appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account we delete your personal data within 30 days, except what we must keep for tax and accounting (usually 10 years in Switzerland), and backups that age out within 35 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Keys you save in Studio are encrypted with a separate key. Access inside Kramer Ventures is limited to the people who need it to run the service.
The waitlist
If you join a waitlist we keep your email and which page you joined from, only to invite you. Every invite has a way to say no; ask us and we remove you at once.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop or limit how we use it. Write to team@kramer.llc from the email on your account and we answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU, the UK or Switzerland you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we tell you in Create or by email before it takes effect. The date at the top is the last change.
